Default Reactions

The zztat framework contains the following reactions which are created on installation:

Reaction Corrective Description
ADD_DATAFILE Yes Automatically adds a datafile to a tablespace. Requires configuration.
KILL_SESSION Yes Automatically terminates a session.
LATCH_HISPEED_SAMPLE No Triggers hi-speed sampling on x$ksuprlat. Feeds into the latch report reaction.
MARK_SQL No Marks a SQL statement to be tracked by the framework.
MUTEX_HISPEED_SAMPLE No Triggers hi-speed sampling on x$mutex_sleep. Feeds into the mutex report reaction.
SEND_EMAIL No Sends an email from the local database. If emails are disabled, this automatically falls back to SEND_EMAIL_REPO.
SEND_EMAIL_REPO No Submits a task to the repository to send an email on behalf of a target database.
SEND_LATCH_REPORT No Requests and sends a report on latching activity. Uses the SEND_EMAIL reaction.
SEND_MUTEX_REPORT No Requests and sends a report on mutex activity. Uses the SEND_EMAIL reaction.
SEND_PGA_REPORT_FULL No Requests and sends a report on a session's PGA usage. Uses pga_detail_get to request detailed memory consumption from the session's process, but prevents this from executing against a background process. Uses the SEND_EMAIL reaction.
SEND_PGA_REPORT_LIGHT No Requests and sends a limit detail report on a session's PGA usage. Non-intrusive. Uses the SEND_EMAIL reaction.
SEND_SESSION_REPORT No Requests and sends a report on a session's current activity and statistics. Uses the SEND_EMAIL reaction.
SESSION_WAIT_HISPEED_SAMPLE No Triggers hi-speed sampling on x$kslwt. Feeds into the session report reaction.
WRITE_ALERT_LOG No Writes a message to the database alert log.
WRITE_LOG No Writes a message to the zztat log.
